ADP Starter is a new structured internship program for masters in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering with no work experience, which has just been launched. During the internship year, ADP Starters will collect new knowledge and skills in all key company departments. Depending on the acquisition of knowledge, affinities and opportunities, their responsibilities will gradually expand. Each module will be evaluated by the mentor, but also by the Starter in order to make the program as good as possible in practice. After the internship year, the Starters will have the possibility of further career development within the company.

Krešimir Banjan, Ivan Drnas, Ivana Karin, Anamarija Markotić and Tomislav Petrić are the first in a series of many Starters we plan to train. Welcome to the AD Plastik team!
