In circumstances that require rapid changes, we have also adapted our educational programs. We have redirected most of them to digital platforms, and those that take place within the production sites have been adapted to epidemiological guidelines.

Thereby, we organized workshops in Zagreb on the importance of effective communication and a workshop entitled “Management of means of work – case studies”. Through digital platforms, we organized workshops “The Science of Well-Being” by Professor Dr. Laurie Santos from Yale University and “Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills”, led by Professor George J. Siedel from the University of Michigan on the development of negotiation skills.
