AD5 rewards the best employees
A new reward model called „AD5“ has been created in the company for the purposes of recognition and rewarding excellent employees. It is important to recognize employees’ effort and merit that should be rewarded because success of each company is based on work, motivation and satisfaction of each individual.
The new reward model will be held quarterly and evaluators (managers) identify employees according to results achieved in the observed period in accordance with the criteria of quality and quantity of work, taking initiative, adaptibility, communication, reliability and consistency, team work and team or project management. The nomination procedure is carried out in accordance with the prescribed evaluation questionnaire.
Rewards AD5 have been assigned for the first time in this quarter on production sites Solin and Zagreb and 82 employees have received reward. Congratulations!
