We marked ADP Day, which we celebrate on April 22, which is also Earth Day, dynamically and cheerfully. Throughout the week, our employees participated in various activities organized in Solin, Zagreb, and Mladenovac.

The Doors Open Day for the families of the employees was the most joyful for the youngest ones, who enjoyed the puppet shows, as well as a tour of their parents’ workplaces and production facilities. Employees also socialized at banquets organized for the event at the mentioned production sites, and workshops were also organized in Zagreb with guest lecturers from the Croatian Health Insurance Fund on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Happy ADP Day!

Cooperation with the academic community is an indispensable part of our company’s development strategy, therefore, this year too we continue our activities and work on improving cooperation. Recently AD Plastik Group factory in Solin was visited by third-year students of the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology, who were introduced to production processes, but also product quality control. They confirmed their interest with a series of questions addressed to experts from our company and we are extremely pleased to help them with our experience and examples in choosing their further career and the educational direction in which they want to develop.

On the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, Product Development Director Stipan Bodrožić gave a presentation to students on the topic of AD Plastik – Automobile industry 202x. As part of the celebration, a Career Speed Dating event was organized during which we hung out with students and answered their numerous questions. It is always a pleasure to take part in such events where we share our own experiences, thus motivating students to apply for employment opportunities namely in our company in the future.

Another joyful and “fruity day” in our company.

Health care and the promotion of healthy living habits are our daily mission.

Students from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology visited the factory in Zagreb. The visit was organized as part of a field course within the course Polymer Processing. The Industrialization Manager, Ivan Kožić, presented the processes taking place in production to the students. Students of the Professional Studies of the University of Split who wanted to get acquainted with the specifics of working in the automotive industry during a study visit to Zagreb also visited the factory. The students were taken on a tour by the Technical Director Igor Lončar.

Students from the University of Windesheim (Zwolle, Kingdom of the Netherlands) visited our factory in Solin as part of a week-long study trip to Split. Students actively participated in the tour and asked numerous questions about the production process itself, occupational safety measures, ensuring safe business conditions as well as the specifics of conducting business in the automotive industry. We hope this is just the beginning of a collaboration with the University of Windesheim.

Career Day is an unique opportunity for students to get better acquainted and present themselves to companies that cooperate with the Faculty of Economics in Split.
